We will assist customers with configuring their dialup software to connect
for the first time after signup, including configuring your mail and news
settings. This assistance includes providing our system/server settings
and
helping you enter those settings into the appropriate dialer
and e-mail software screens.
If you are using a software package other than the ones listed below, we
cannot
provide detailed instructions on where to enter each setting.

Support Representatives can provide basic troubleshooting for modem
problems,
however we will refer you to the manufacturer of your modem for specific
initialization strings.
We will fully assist with any password or username problems.
